Step 1:
Profiling the business store

  • Every business store owner running a SmartImpress display will have location information with geocode (latitude and longitude).
     

  • We do profile the business based on the location information.

Step 2:
Mobile, wearable device and demographic data collection

  • Our system passively collects data from mobile phones and wearable devices around the business store display.
     

    • MAC Address.

    • System OS Details.
       

  • Our system collects demographic information (age range, gender, expressions) from the audience around the display using AI based cameras.
     

    • Age Range.

    • Gender.

    • Facial Expression.

Step3:
Data Analytics

  • The collected data is anonymized in the back end big data processors.
     

  • The data is analyzed for finding key characteristics. Some examples are:
     

    • To identify popular business stores based on the number of audiences.
       

    • To identify shopping behaviors of people in general.
       

    • To identify the interests of the audience in general.
       

    • To find out the average time spent by an individual in a store.
       

    • To find what ads are more attractive to the audience in general.
       

    • Time series analytics on individual’s shopping behavior daily, weekly and monthly.
       

We provide a data analytics dashboard for the store owners and advertisers to see the performance of their store and ads.
